Lonetree Apple Ginger Cider Grilled Prawn Green Papaya

Ingredients
Dressing
1/3 Cup Lonetree Apple Ginger Cider
1 ½ tsp Fresh Garlic – Finely Minced
1 tsp Sriracha Sauce
1 Tbsp Fish Sauce
1 Tbsp Soy Sauce
3 Tbsp Lime Juice
2 Tbsp Brown Sugar
Salad
20 Prawns
4 Cup Green Papaya - Shredded
½ Cup Cherry Tomatoes – Cut in Halves
¼ Cup Green Onions- Sliced
¼ Cup Fresh Mint - Ripped
¼ Cup Fresh Basil – Ripped
½ Cup Toasted Peanuts - Chopped
Method
Place all dressing ingredients into a bowl and whisk well.
Grill prawns on a pre-heated grill on High heat, allowing char marks. Cook about 1 min on each side. Place prawn and all other salad ingredients in a large bowl and add dressing. Mix very well. Split onto 4 plates and give each 5 prawns. Enjoy.
