INGREDIENTS:â

CILANTRO LIME SAUCEâ
1/3 cup light mayonnaiseâ
1/3 cup plain greek yogurtâ
3 tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped finelyâ
2 tbsp fresh lime juiceâ
1/2 tsp garlic powderâ
Salt and black pepperâ

CAJUN SHRIMPâ
450g raw shrimp - deveined and tails removedâ
1/2 tsp cajun seasoningâ
1/2 tsp cuminâ
1/2 tsp chili powderâ
1/2 tsp paprikaâ
Salt + black pepperâ

TOPPINGSâ
8 corn tortillasâ
1 1/2 cups red cabbageâ
1 avocadoâ
2/3 cup feta cheeseâ
â
DIRECTIONS:â
1) In a small bowl, mix together the light mayo, plain Greek yogurt, fresh cilantro, fresh lime juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Adjust the seasoning to taste. Refrigerate until you're ready to assemble the tacos.â

2) In a separate bowl, toss the shrimp with cajun seasoning, cumin, chili powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
â
3) Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium - high heat. Add the shrimp and cook for 2 - 3 minutes on each side, or until theyâre pink and cooked through. Remove from heat and set aside.â
â
4) Warm tortillas in a dry skillet over medium heat for about 30 seconds on each side or until theyâre pliable.â
â
5) Spread a spoonful of the cilantro lime sauce on each tortilla. Top with some sliced red cabbage, crumbled feta cheese, avocado slices, a few shrimp and more fresh cilantro. If you like, serve with lime wedges on the side for an extra squeeze of fresh lime juice.â
