Ingredients
½ cup shallots, chopped very finely
1 cup apple cider vinegar
¼ tsp black pepper
2 tbsp lemon Juice
½ cup Lonetree Authentic Dry Cider
Directions
Combine shallots, apple cider vinegar, black pepper, and lemon juice in one large bowl. Add Lonetree Cider while stirring periodically. Chill overnight to allow flavours to develop. Serve with your favourite variety of freshly shucked oysters.
